Terms of Service
These terms cover using this website. Client work is governed by the written proposal you sign, which takes precedence over anything here.
Written for this business, but not reviewed by a lawyer.
This page describes how this site actually works — the services it uses and the data it touches — rather than generic copied boilerplate. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have it checked before relying on it in a dispute or a signed client agreement.
Agreement
By using flowlocaldfw.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. FlowLocal ("we", "us") operates this site and provides web design and local digital growth services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
What this site is
This site describes services we offer and provides a way to contact us. It is marketing material, not an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything.
Quotes and client work
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal covering scope, price, timeline, and payment terms. Where that proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.
Prices discussed in conversation or shown on this site are estimates until confirmed in a written quote.
About the examples and scores on this site
The audit checklist and the example scorecard shown on our home page are illustrative examples for a fictional business, labelled as such where they appear. They are not real client results, not a benchmark, and not a prediction of what your own audit will return.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, lead volume, bookings, conversion rates or revenue. Our services are designed to improve these things; outcomes depend on your market, your competition, your pricing, and factors outside anyone's control — including changes made by search engines.
Free audits
The free digital audit is provided as-is and at our discretion. It is our professional opinion based on what is publicly visible, not a formal assessment or a warranty. You are free to act on it, ignore it, or take it to someone else — there is no obligation attached.
Third-party platforms
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google or any other platform we may work with on your behalf. Those names are used only to describe the services they provide, and all trademarks belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the contact form to send spam, advertising, or abusive material
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
- scrape, copy, or republish the site's content or design as your own
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights
Our content
The text, design, code, and graphics on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to it. You may not reproduce it as your own work.
Availability
We aim to keep this site running, but we do not guarantee it will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, or from reliance on the illustrative examples described above.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
